We’re really sorry to hear the matcha didn’t meet your expectations. Our matcha is from this year’s first harvest, but even fresh ceremonial-grade matcha can lose some of its vibrancy once exposed to air and light. We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place to slow oxidation.
